Vera Wang, Fashion Designer  to the Stars will be competing on the next season of “Dancing With The Stars”. Season 9 of “Dancing With The Stars” will premiere on Monday, September 21st at 8/7c.

On the show she will be 60 years old. It will be interesting how she does on the dance floor. I haven’t heard about any dancing that she’s done. When she was younger she was an ice-skater. Later, she became well known for her beautiful wedding gowns. Most celebrities wear her designer gowns today.

We have to watch the new season of “Dancing With The Stars” to find out how Vera Wang does. I guess, I never thought of her as a dancer. It would be nice to be surprised.

I was surprised to hear about Sonny and Cher’s daughter, Chastity Bono. She’s going to be getting a sex change. Chastity will become a man. I guess she’s been openly gay for 20 years now. In an interview,Chastity said that she feels that being a man is her true identity.

Staying on the subject of being openly ‘gay’.  Adam Lambert was interviewed on 20/20 Friday. I was quite impressed with Adam’s demeanor. He was articulate and calm. He answered the interviewers questions without any hesitation when asked about his sexuality. He answered, “Yes,I am gay”. “I’m proud of my sexuality”. I embrace it. “It’s just another part of me”.

In the article of Rolling Stone Magazine, Simon Fuller the creator of American Idol was asked  about how he felt about Adam’s recording contract. Simon Fuller said, “Adam is so confident and self-assured”. “He’s like Mark Bolan meets Bowie,with a touch of Freddie Mercury and the sexiness of Prince”.

I think that describes Adam Lambert perfectly. I have a feeling that we’ll be seeing and hearing about Adam for a long time.
